Re: Pain

get it chekced out with the doctors, but hot baths (in a tub, not a shower) do help

Re: Pain

get it checked out, maybe even a massage? or like pinks said a hot bath :)

Re: Pain

you need to get to the core reason of these pains...it can actually be cuz of allergies or food intolerance.

I had to cut off wheat from my diet and found a huge difference. also wear warm clothes as cold can lead to pains too.

hot tub, massage, warming massage creams are all good but only temporary solutions:)

Re: Pain

Not sure what kind of pain you are experiencing but my husband had aches at the same exact spot you are describing and for him it got better when he got it rubbed with some flexal/baingay etc and he could actually feel a "naar" moving when the area was rubbed. It went away after a couple of days.

Re: Pain

i had chronic back pain a couple of years back, Alhumdulillah it is gone now, but at the time, the doctor advised me to swim regularly, Alhumdulillah it helped!

but really, u shud diagnose whats causing the pain rather then researching methods to cure it.

Re: Pain

You would probably need to get a MRI to get the best result. Sometimes when the back disc get dislocated or nerves in the lower back area get disturbed, you feel pain in the lower back and a lot of times it seems like a muscle pain.

Also try lying doing on the floor on your back and try bringing your knees to the mid of stomach. This should be done while inhaling. If this helps ease your pain then it might be a good indicator of what i said before.

Re: Pain

1) Use heat patches OR use iodex and put a warm water bottle wherever the pain is and take 2 paracetamols, or massage any heat creams that are particualry used for muscular pain, moving around gently a slight excercise is very helpful.
2) DOCTOR.
