For some reason my lower back, bladder area and nuts are hurting like mad. Anything you guys can suggest except the doctor at this hour of the night? I would have posted it in Health & Relationships but it’s pretty urgent.

NHS helpline ( I think you are in Britain right?) ..I'd mention some possibilities of what it could be but that'd be a long list and would needlessly worry you if it's something minor..

lay upside down on flat surface and do a TRUNK LIFT
lift ur arms and legs up basing on ur stomach for 7 secz .. do like 3-5 sets it might give u some necessory stretch. n try to stretch as far as u can.

Kidney stone? Get to an emergency room, that does not get better. The pain from a kidney stone is excruciating.
Kidney stones often do not cause any symptoms. Usually, the first symptom of a kidney stone is extreme pain, which occurs when a stone acutely blocks the flow of urine. The pain often begins suddenly when a stone moves in the urinary tract, causing irritation or blockage. Typically, a person feels a sharp, cramping pain in the back and side in the area of the kidney or in the lower abdomen. Sometimes nausea and vomiting occur. Later, pain may spread to the groin.
If the stone is too large to pass easily, pain continues as the muscles in the wall of the tiny ureter try to squeeze the stone along into the bladder. As a stone grows or moves, blood may appear in the urine. As the stone moves down the ureter closer to the bladder, you may feel the need to urinate more often or feel a burning sensation during urination.

If it's a kindey stone I read they can blast it with sound waves to break it apart.

Thanks for the replies guys, all the help and concern was muich appreciated. 
I described the symptoms to my bro, turns out it’s only OO.
Now I know why secret nikaah with a girl whose parents are not too keen on Pakis is discouraged, have to leave off everything half way through when her parents come home early. 
I got the chance to take care of it this morning even though it had worn off itself by then.
