It is considered foul play in kite flying, nevertheless it is fun. When you have a small kite with you, mostly injured(bandaged) or looti hoi ( in short you dont have much respect for that kite in your heart). you fly that kite and look for someone who is trying to fly a big beautifull kite. So as the kite of that person is not stable in the air, you just take your (badtameez gudha or shurla ) near that kite and start paicha and pull the string real fast. Till the tiime the other party realize that he is under attack, it is already too late.
