I’m on my phone and haven’t watched the vid, but can’t you just add page #s](http://www.paklinks.com/gs/usertag.php?do=list&action=hash&hash=s) as a header? I’ll take screen shots when I sit down at a computer. It’s literally 2 or 3 clicks.

You can but then it will use the default which is to start page 1 with page one and so forth. She is trying to customize that.
