The way MRCA is being handled , the delivery will start around 2015 and conclude in 2020’s. SU-30 MKI is a great plane but has a huge RCS for an early detection.
It would have been better for IAF to include more MKI instead of MRCA, because it already flies many types of aircraft and maintenance,spares and logistics becomes harder.
