Suhaina, If u find tampons painful, then there could be several reasons.
- ur not inserting it properly. (If inserted properly, u should NOT be able to feel the tampon AT ALL). If u feel uncomfortable then take that one out and try again with a new one.
- You r not relaxed. You need to stay relaxed while inserting the tampon because if u don’t, u will feel pain (mostly cuz its all in ur head).
- u need to be ON your period for a tampon to go in properly or it will hurt/feel uncomfortable. It might be that its one of ur lighter days so for that just go for a thin pad.
