That used to be the standard rate for the visit to the mohallay ka doctor back in the good old days in Karachi, and that included the Laal dawai and the 3 packets of gooliaaN 
Interesting scenario, as long as you were just having a cold, flu, fever, headache, toothache, bad stomach etc etc.
The waiting area would be full of people from the neighborhood and you could discuss siyasat, khail, mulki haalaat, allo tamatar ka bhao etc etc while waiting for your turn. The average waiting time would be around 25 - 30 minutes.
Here in Canada, its an entirely different ball game

Had to spend about 4 hours in that place, and the treatment that was given, WELL I could have done that myself, ThooRa buhat Doctor tu main khud bhi hooN - I know that Tynalloool is the universal remedy for anything from fever to headache to pain … and anything in between
