Although I am all for public auditing of Defense Budget there always is a big chunk that is never publicly disclosed and this is a normal practice all around the world and most of the time its the budget of intelligence agencies. There is nothing unusual about it so stop crying foul

bhai sahib, those around the world have special development projects which are kept secret. Pakistan is a ‘buyer’ of advanced tech weaponry, not a producer. Besides the secret money is handed to ISI which is not responsible for such secret projects. Unless ISI was given money to buy off NS support to govt then that is a different case
