thats why they have soap. So once u are done eating, you can wash your hands and voila..no more sticky hands.
Or you can do it like my dad's gora pals who eat it with fork and knife and break pieces of bread and chuck them in the bowl and use a fork to eat it.
Kinda kills the whole experience..but hey..it works
