There is a thread going on about baning secular schools. My comments about altaf were valid. Khehkashan is making a claim nobody from non madrassa schools is involved in bombing or violence. i brought up altaf as an example to show the schooling shouldnt be banned because a student went chaotic. now why is my response removed?its linked with the topic.

bhasi sahab when did i say you were?i am saying my comments were relevant because we are discussing that secular schools should be banned or not. right? some one pipes up and say no,because these schools donot produce student who resort to violence. now altaf is clearly an example and a political example at that which can show that students can go bananas whether it be madrassa or secular. so how arent they relevant?
and please ehsan what gives you the right to deliver a sermon about pet hatred when there is a thread going on about why all madrassas are bad?isnt that a pet hatred of some people here?

Croquet, your points may have been valid but they do not serve the topic being discussed. Your comparison of Altaf Hussain (one person) to the other posters argument of People (Many diverse individuals) does not compare. You may counter-argue along the line of majority, but to individualize the conversation to one politician or personality would result in the original topic being ignored, and a new front opening.
I hope you understand what i'm saying. So, please continue discussing as you are but avoid individualizing the topic.

PS: Perhaps you can better present what you want to say as an example, rather than making it the driving point of the discussion, and still get your point across?

Yes, it is an ongoing issue and moderators try to minimize it without hindering members' opinions. If you should see that, please report it or PM one of the concerned moderators for the particular forum, and it will be looked into.
