well sure but it's 4.3 G .. so its' gona be a pain to upload and to download .. but if you are willing to take this pain then i can upload it on rapidshare.

I have not gone through it since i am not able to maintain my diet for some weird reasons.

i just noticed its 6.42 G .. and i uploading the files to rapidshare. please be patience.

T, 6.2G is too bulky. It would till take 8-10 hours in a 2mbps server. Cant you zip it ?

a colleague of mine is doing p90x and i can tell you that I did not see him for a bit and when i ran into him again, the difference is noticeable, but then him and his neighbour are religiously doing this 6 days a week or whatever it is

My husband tried it for a month, he used to do 5 days a week..... I noticed a huge difference in his abs and chest (got really toned up) but then he got lazy and went back to his former a-little-flabby physical self :p.

hi all, i just started the P90x, it is really good for building both your aerobic and anaerobic capacity, pls burn lots of fat too

you can download it from piratebay using utorrent, only about 4gb, i.e both for p90 and p90plus
