The way you are calling to an admin, who does voluntere work for you guys, is very insulting.
This is very rude and insulting way of calling some as 'oye', you should be respectful when calling any team member. They will never appreciate and will never respond to you.
you need to apologise them in public or they should ban you or give you 30 points for disrespect.
