But yes, I have seen my dad, who sleeps about 6-7 hours, and is Masha’Allah so active and fit. On the other hand, people who sleep longer are also lazier. I guess it’s a circle of habit…more sleep, more lazy bodily system…dunno???
i heard sleeping more is good as it helps to burn ur calories..thats why when u wake up u feel hungry after sometime..i read this somewhere but personally i believe the more u sleep the more u turn obese..anyhow jo soota hai wo khota hai..lol...not KHOOTA but he/she loses...
Oh gosh, I need to take this info on board. Only for weekends though (I easily sleep through 12 hours ), school days make sure I sleep about 7 hours though.
