My husband accidentally picked up some ox tail meat from the meat store, and I’ve never used it before. I’m actually getting queasy looking at it, but i don’t want to waste it. has anyone used it in a particular salan before? i was thinking of making haleem with it, but i don’t know if its meaty enough for that.
I guess you could use it in a qorma, or stew, or soup. Google ox tail meat and you’ll see qorma-salan type pictures. If it hasn’t been opened, can you return/exchange it?
