The one significant other I have goes through it and when the time comes it sucks because I can’t do much to help. I can only wish for Allah to give all you ladies himmut to go through it.

thank you for the support! I'm not frightened (Maham's got nothing on me). People may become offended when we talk about such a topic, but the fact of the matter is when a woman is going through her thing, their companion definitely knows what's going on. Men are not all blind to it... yes it's a little sharam ki baat but all I was doing was offering a little consolation. I don't think I crossed any lines.
