I am no aalim but what he can do is carefully calculate all the profit he makes by selling bacon and stuff and donate it to local masjid without any niyat of sawab. That is what I heard for interest that people get on their saving accounts so it should be the same in this case.

I think that this is stretching the bounds of permissibility. What you stated is what scholars recommend for disposing of interest income, such as when it is impossible to securely store your money in a bank without receiving contaminated interest.

Owning a business that deals in the haraam is different. You do have a choice in what manner of franchise to buy, what manner of business to run.
