Its my CD18 and no +OPk as yet 
I have bought the ovidrel and i plan to give myself the trigger shot if i dont ovulate by tomorrow morning. What should i expect after the shot? When does the ovulation usually occurs after getting the shot i.e. how much fertile phase will i have?Suggestion replies and prayers 
will be appreciated!

Ive taken Ovidrel, but only after having an ultrasound and the doctor telling me that the follicles are ready to be released. What did your doctor tell you, to self monitor thru OPK and take as needed?
Usually you ovulate between 24-48 hrs after the trigger shot

She told me to wait by 14th(tomorrow) and if i dont ovulate, then give myself the shot!

my opks never worked with clomid sometimes they were +ve during all the cycle n sometimes always negative so try looking for other signs of ovulation like fertile cm n the last day when u see fertle cm is usually the one u r most fertile but i suggest u shouldnt wait for ovulation to occur coz ur follicle is good sized ......go ahead with ovidrel shot n believe me its nothing doesnt hurt n ull definetly ovulate withion 12- 48 hrs n dont use opks with ovidrel shot ull get false results ......best of luk

I didn't use OPKs at all once I realized that PCOS patients often get false positives.
I had ultrasounds every 2-3 days, so I knew when to take the shots. The biggest thing wth the ovidrel was the fear of giving myself the injection. Once I got over that, it was easy.

Why are you using OPKs to see when you ovulate..??Why doesn't your doctor do bloodwork or ultrasounds to be exactly sure...??

I took it and i ovulated within 24 hours. I got pregnant the first time!:)good luck!!

I am working with an RE. I had my u/s on saturday and she asked me to wait till tuesday for the ovidrel shot!

I had my u/s on saturday, she said i would probably ovulate by tuesday and if i dont, then she wanted me to get the shot.

So i gave myself the shot today but i did not let it lay at room temperature before applying (as my pharmacist suggested), i forgot. Does it matter?
