u kno what.. i have the same problem.. my husband Loves food and so when he eats it looks like this mite be the first or the last time he is eating.. i realized after a long time that this was coz he wasnt eating enuff during the day and then when he got hungry he would just go out and get the most unhealthy thing to eat.. drink coffee with sugar and eat cookies.. what i would do that instead of stopping him from eating.. make sure he is eating some thing or another every two to three hours and that stuff is tasty yet healthy.. fruit, yogurt.. cheese crackers.. and stuff.. if he feels full he wont want to eat a lot at one time.. also for dinners try to make things with less carbs like baked chicken and fish and stuff.. and let him eat his fill.. if u keep telling him not to eat he will Surely eat more…i remember when my husband was gaining weight my mother in law instead of telling him to NOT eat.. or to look at what he is eating.. would fill him up with low calorie food.. like water melon and such.. like literally aur khao aur khao.. and that surely stopped him from eating a lot at the dinner table.. i think its a much better way to deal with this than the nagging and expecting the men to want to look good. just saying
I Will try your way too. I can only control what he eat in the weekends. Because in the weekdays we are both are busy with working and only eat dinner together on Mondays because of I get home later than he sometimes
