I work till 3 mst days. I eat 1 slice of bread with half glasd juice and few sips of tea in breakfast.
Mixed fruit in lunch. Bt once I come home i can not control my food intake. I try to eat fruit mostly and drink water bt do end up eating roti, or biscuits ( 1 or 2) or cup of tea or something similar.
I dnt know wat to do? I have to loose weight. I dont know y I eat alot in the afternoon:mad:
looking at above listen it does not seem your over eating, people who start diets usually make a mistake of eating very low calories which puts them in starvation mode drink a lot of water and consume1300-1800 cals per day weight will come off slow but will stay off longer.
Roshni, it seems like you are starving yourself all day. No surprise that you feel hungry after you're home.
Have you tried having smaller meals/snacks every 2 hrs instead of going without food for a long time? Having small portions every so often ups your metabolism without making you feel bloated.
eat small portions frequently rather than 1-2 big meals...your brain must not be duped that the body is starving by not eating for longer period of time. don't skip any meals. :) Good Luck :)
You're eating more later in the day when its too late to burn off calories.
You eat a big dinner (its not even that big but compared to what you're eating at other times it is) and go straight to bed...how will you lose weight?
Reverse it. Eat your larger meal earlier and the smallest portion at the end of the day.
Also, look at what you're eating. You're only eating fruits and mainly things that aren't going to fill you up. When you get home, you're starving so naturally you will want to eat.
And lastly...none of the weight comes off without exercise.
