Umm....wouldn't that slow down the moving on process. I mean stinky breath = no potential suitors = cycle of self-pity continues.

I would say replacing your heartbreaker with a prompt and a significant "upgrade" helps.

you either realize it was time for both to move on and one of you decided to take the step...they were just a moment in your life

or

they forever maintain this place in your heart....that is irreplaceable and it gives you a sort of peace of mind...that theyre still with you.

I just ate..ate like there was no tomorrow..

gained weight!!!

eventually also became friends with my ex

and now spending money on diets & gym to lose that 25kgs

so anything u do just don't overeat!

the best way to get over heartbreak, is to fall for something else! that can be applied to careers/frndships/lovers. seriously. thats the only thing that works for me...

  • example...Say i'm in love with X ....things didnt work out. I mope around for months, which turn into a couple of years, cuz i'm heartbroken..nothing worked...but as soon as Z came into the picture, i dont even spend a minute thinking about X anymore. you're heartbroken your car got totalled...save up and buy a new car :-) heartbreak gone. Find a replacement...ASAP.
