no doctors ... what abt gs members who take medicines with them to pak...what do you guys carry with you to avoid getting diarrhea and to avoid throwing up.....

If you go to your local pharmacy you can usually find a range of products which you can usually purchase over the counter for travel sickness. You can ask the pharmacist or medicine counter assistant who will recommend you the most appropriate product.

you can't get antibiotics over the counter so stick to antimotility drugs such as loperamide

My doc gave me valium to keep me relaxed when I had to jump on a plane for an eleven-hour flight a few days after surgery..
Vets often also give it to dogs who travel to calm them down as well lol
