Its very annoying to be having to sit near someone with the sickingly sweet smell coming from an over-the-top applied perfume, infiltrating my nostrils.
Hope you act on my polite message as men find it annoying.

same applies to all those men who decide to bathe in their oldspice every morning...it is equally sickening to sit next to some one whose aftershave is so strong that it can be tasted in my coffee...yuck...ease off it guys, moderation is the key!

Dear Madam. Stop bathing in heavy lady perfumes in the morning. And especially while taking the public transport.
And to the guys: Don't worry boys. No need to spray more of your favorite One Million or Jean Paul fragrance. We CAN smell it!

i remember i used to do it with one of my perfumes that was ESCAPE i loved it so much that i was using it too much and later i was the first one to hate it lol since no ESCAPE for me.

I get headache from strong perfume and cologne. So please don't overdo it.

augh i can't stand people who over spray their perfume/cologne whether you're male or female no one really wants to smell your spray from a mile away........remember a little bit goes a long way :)

me too, am allergic to really strong perfume too, i start getting a major headache close to a migraine, if i do wear perfume it has to have a really light smell like givenchy's amarige......

i am allergic to too much perfumes n stuff. So I dont tend to over do it and i cant stand guys over doing it either.

I never use colognes or after shaves. heck I dont even use deodorant, mouth wash or soap. I am sure all you ladies would love to sit next to me ..

Agree with Shak. I think people just squirt themselves rather haphazardly with perfume, :no: There’s a method to applying perfume correctly. You can try either of the three:
**1) **Empty entire contents of perfume bottle into bath tub filled with warm water. Heat from water will make the scent stronger. Soak in bath tub for the next 30 minutes…don’t go overboard or pruning of skin may occur. Pat dry and dress. Fragrance will linger on body for days to come…no need to reapply so soon.
2) Holding the perfume bottle…extend your hand outward and spray a mist of fragrance into the air, which would be the equivalent of 10 pumps. Now…walk through this mist of fragrance with style (while wearing sunglasses). You will feel the drops of perfume fall upon your person like gentle caresses…a luxurious experience. Be quick to walk through the “mist”…before the perfume droplets settle to the ground.
3) As the saying goes, “you are what you eat.” That said…drink the perfume either straight from the bottle (think of it as a shot)…or sprinkled upon your cornflakes…for breakfast. You will be exhaling perfume…(no need for breath mints). Every pore on your skin will emit floral, woodsy, or citrusy vapors. Be sure not to consume perfume with biryani or other stinky foods…as garlic and onion can drastically change the chemistry of the perfume.
