Not sure if over education is the culprit rather hypocrisy is. Or not doing as you preach which can be found in all sectors of society. Like the sleazy politican who preaches being honest but then is corrupt on the sly. This does not undermine general message of being honest

I dont think its anything to do with being over or under educated. Its all about how good you are as a human being. Of course education plays a role but it depends how one person utilise their education for themselves. Such people 'the picture' are like that in real life 'behaving rudely with maid' but at the same time they wanna keep a high image of themselves in front of the society thus all such speeches etc.
