Geek usually refers to someone with strongs interests in a particular area. Most commonly used in association with technology, yes.

Don't forget he uses Mac laptops. So that wouldn't be completely correct.

Android is a mobile OS platform so there in no conflict if he uses another OS for laptops.

Hmmm, or the best title for him will be Senior Tech Guru. That would be most appropriate as he coaches many folks around here as well. Except that he’d be further bombarded with queries then :hmmm:.

I"m actually an equal opportunity user on the desktop side. Mac, Win, Linux etc.
On the mobile side I'm sure you've seen my bias.

My sister (an avid Android user, especially the S2 and soon S3) has a BB from work. She's been trying to convince her company to switch to S3 and has almost thrown her BB out of the Mumbai trains several times :D
