Is an outdoor wedding possible in Islamabad in the last week of August? Or will it be too hot?

Any locations around the hills?

Yes you can do it daman e koh or Monal and have the ceremony inside the venues with Ac but get the ambiance of the hills. If it's a late afternoon/evening affair it can be beautiful.

i did a shoot in islamabad last year.. its a village with hotels and shrine and temple also.. can't recall it's name but its nice though..
