I've gotta agree. You've got the edited politicians on the subcontinent.
But what some of you gotta do is, instead of sitting there, to get up and join politics.

I think it is the responsibility of the host and director of the show/sound manager to reduce this noise.
They are just too involved in 'presenting the facts as they are' and in the end nothing can be heard.
Ever notice, all of sudden one person's voice becomes louder than others especially the host in many other shows.
I am sure this happnes in other places but they get edited or censored.
