Hope that this post wont get deleted, but I feel to say, with all respect, that I think our dearest confused is taking his newest assignment with a bit to much of eagerness. In a large number of recent added post, I can see the message “edited by confused” at the bottom. Is it really necessary? I really think that we grown ups could handle all that sencored stuff, dont you think?

of reasons amigo ji,.. sometimes users have problems in 'putting' up the images .. so thats one reason ..

second, policies kicks in and because of my continuous checking of this forum, u will see manyyyyyyy threads that get edited/postings getting deleted, entire threads disappear/etc kind of activities..

but ALWAYS i wanna hear feedback from users on my pm/email.. my email is located on top of the forum page along with pristine.. if u c an edit by me, contact me, .

the way it works is that i tend to use the BEST of my judgement to scensor stuff.. now i know neither i am god, nor prophet, and ofcourse not an angel either, MEANING i am normal human being like u r .. and thus, somethings DO pass by me... in which case u should pm/mail me/pristine and let us know..

also, forums are not used for complains, we have both typed this over and over again that forums are used for discussions AND discussions only.. any kind of 'dandaa maaring, keechaar uchaaling, complains, concerns, feedbacks' should be forwarded to our emails OR if its more serious, then [email protected] account ..

also, due to volume of activities that are required by every mod, we are given instructions that we are NOT required to 'eXplain' our 'scensoring' attempts..

now i know this SOMETIMES seems unfair, .. but there are things that cannot be told to other users and simply JUST be taken off..

WHICH I AM NOT REQUIRED TO, i am instructed to close these threads and ask people to do the communications thru emails/pm etc and NOT forum pages.. but i do this FOR NOW as i feel on my part its neccessary for now

Glad to hear your reply.

No doubt that you with the best of your judgement edit/sensor the posts. Neither do I doubt the fact that you do yours very best in monitoring this forum, a bit more sensitve than the others, because of the pictures.

But still I have never seen the name of Pristine at the bottom of the posts as often I have seen yours. Maybe you should soften up a little? Take it a bit easy

The reason I didnt send you a PM/Mail is that this isnt a complaint, but more of a discussion of whether such censoring/editing is necessery. You are of course doing this for us, but still as a user I feel the sencoring is a bit strict. I mean to say, that what would it be necessery to react on a post, none of us users does?

If any other guppies dont have anything to add to this little discussion, then there is surely no point in carrying out this discussion on this forum in public.

So what you others say? And be respectful!

My 2 cents on the topic. First of all the editing posts to help upload images is great job cuz he’s spending his own time to help others !!
the editing images cuz they are indecent - well that should be done - however if there is something that is on the borderline he should remove it and discuss with other mods and then put it back if its fine and I am preety sure that he is doing that.
thirdly he just became a Mod and well is getting used to it - Plus image gallery is a Hotspot for editing

see THATs the point that u should have said EARLIER.. that pristine edits less and i do more..

yar amigo bhai, thing is, in multi-moderated-forums, its up to the mod.. IF i check it first and BEFORE pristine, i would edit it and vice versa.. .. so bare me on this, as AMOUNT OF EDITINGS WOULD ALWAYS be same, its just that IF i catch things at time when i am here, obviously u will c my name everywhere and less of him AS when he comes, there wouldn't be anything to edit..
