Looks like my 8 yr old, 2nd grader, has found a job
this is a list of his daily job assignments and duties that he prepared himself, and the AGREED salary, that he negotiated with his mom

I told her she could be apprehended for Child labor

Seriously - I think its great, they learn the value of money and also develop a sense of responsibility.

I am only interested in the TEA part, which is free and I dont have to pay

Keep the stars coming then:D…No seriously I donot want to teach my older one that she’ll get paid if she does her chores..Thats life!!..But I do use reward system points that they can exchange for a gift or other activities as going to the pool, movies…tier system etc…And ofcourse when she does perfectly in school…then there is no holds barred:D..Just my parenting style:)
