Tea & crackers. Chip butties. Kulfi. Entertainment; enactments of scenes from The Life of Brian.
This menu is not based in laziness, it is more a post modern deconstruction of a menu thing, ahem, yeah, I'm going to go with that.

oh hi.
for maroush, who is all about class and elegance with a deep dark paindoo aunty core, i present the following delectable creations.
appetizer:
a microgreen salad of a lavender petal and two chrysanthemum petals on top of an alfalfa sprout pyramid spritzed with an emulsion of cold pressed coconut oil, blood orange juice and a generous sprinkling of himalayan salt. served over half a greasy aalu samosa.
first course:
grilled lamb chops in persillade. with a pinch of flaming hot minty hareesa, and three slices of fresh cucumber to cool it down. served on a thin base of masoor dal with lahsan tarka.
main course:
risotto alla milanese made with thinly sliced gelatinous paye substituting proscuitto, served with oso buco, and a generous scoop of gremolata with a pinch of chaat masala.
dessert:
a scoop of green tea icecream served over two piping hot jalebis.
enjoy!
