Other good days to fast outside of ramadan

I’ve heard the first 6 days of shawal(is that the right name of this month after ramadan) are good to fast, what about other days throughout the year? does anyone know the days AND what days they would be of the western calender?

I have to do some make ups so i thought i would try to combine them with special days, of course i only find out about the special days after the day is over…

6 days of shawwal (any 6)
the day of hajj (9th zil-hajj)
the first 9 days of zil-hajj....
aashoora (9th and 10th or 10th and 11th of muharram)
the first 15 days of shaabaan....
the 13th, 14th and 15th day of any islamic calendar month....
every monday....
every thursday....
