She praised beduins. And she was asked a very simple and honest question “Are you a beduin” or are you living like one?
Now tell me where is the personal attack or racism in it?

You were issued a verbal warning (no points) on more than one occasion, because racial/ethnic provocations, referring to/labelling and asking people if they are Bedoins, tribals, terror sympathizers, and arab lovers is not allowed, especially in PA.
