Love All
Halle Barry for best female! That was a real shocker! First ever black female winner. I think she over acted on the stage a little bit though!
Denzel wins! Look what we have here. Both best Actor and actress are black! I was cheering for Will Smith though!
Denzel was amazing in Training Day! i like russell crowe better in A Beautiful Mind though...
If I'm dreaming, never let me wake. If I'm awake, never let me sleep.
Berry is diabetic, maybe thats why she reacted like thatâŚ
I dont think the previous post contains complete results, so here goesâŚ
p.s. I dont know the Indian media (and the Indian guppies here) had assumed lagaan was going to win despite knowing it was no mans land all the wayâŚ

Lord of the Rings did pretty bad, getting only the technical awards, I personally think the director should have been rewarded for making three movies out an otherwise impossible book.
Whoopi Goldberg rushed the show a bit, maybe cuz of the extra time the winners were taking up.

A Beautiful Mind seems to be everywhere!
Which makes me believe that these decisions are biased.
i totally agree
A Beautiful Mind deserved every Oscar it got. I believe Crowe shouldâve won for best actor for this movie too, but then I havenât seen Training Day. Denzel rocks
Well, I think they are not biased, but I believe that Ron Howard should not have been given this oscar, and instead jack should have been prized with taking on that enormous feat for LOTR.
Actually I heard they were gonna lean on Americans this year due to

ahem and Jack, Russel Sir Ian(who should have won) are all non-americans soâŚ

A Beautiful Mind got 4 oscars...as did Lord of the Rings...Back Hawk Down got 2...Training Day 1...Shrek got 2...and that does it for the main oscars tally according to the movies...
If I'm dreaming, never let me wake. If I'm awake, never let me sleep.
I felt bad Lagaan didn't win, but all was better after 'A beautiful Mind' won. Wohoo!!
Denzel and halle berry! Thumbs up for them. Though i felt bad for russell crowe but hey the movie won so it was okay i guess. :)
