^^ Come On guys it not as if he is operating out of the Musharraf Presidential Palace. He might be in Pakistan but must be in the area not controlled by Pakistan. Plus Pakistan has bigger issues trying to ban rape victims to escape to US, thats a bigger issue towards Pakistan National Security than OBL or Uncle Umar (the Amir -ul-Momineeen).

If OBL is behind another attack against US, then US will control the areas not being controlled by Pakistan. That would seem to be a big security concern for Pakistan.

But if we sent 20k troops into the Frontier areas, Pakistan would claim that we have violated their territorial integrity. So which is it? I understand that Pakistanis consider the NW Frontier to be a different sort of place, but you can’t have it both ways. I say declare Frontierstan a free and independent state and we will deal directly with them.

Pakistan 101: It’s called Pakhtunistan or Pakhtunkhwa, that is/was the ultimate desires of Pathans/Taliban to achieve so they could link that area with Afghanistan. The laws would be derived from Pashtunwali (tribal code) but disguised as Sharia.
I personally would welcome and even take some time off to show the US army around the tribal areas around, but you know how girls are they squeal at the slightest pain. But I agree US should be given full access to the FATA (federally Administeres tribal agencies).
