Orlando

I am planning to go to orlando next month..i am going to have three full days there..i don’t think i want to check out amusement parks for all three days..how do i spend three days?

day 1= i’d like to check out universal studio
day 2= Bush Gardens, i think that is in tampa
day 3= drive down to miami for a day and see whats there

whats the best way to spend time there..if you have visited everything in orlando..which place would u recommend?

also is it better to get the tickets online or buy them from orlando

right now i can get 2 days 2 park for $107

please advise!!

you HAVE TO go to MGM Studios. It's the best park out of them all. That and Seaworld. The show the killer whales do in the evening is fantastic!

so mehnaz its universal mgm studios right? isnt there another park near it? whats that bout?
it might too cold for the waterpark though

Seaworld isn't a waterpark. It's a park where you see loads of different fishes and water mammals. It's fun!!

MGM Studios and Universal Studios are separate. When you go to MGM Studios, make sure you go on the Twilight Zone ride as well as, my favourite, 3-D Muppet Show Studio. It's so much fun. You can also go on some of the backlots at MGM Studios.

Universal Studios is a different park but is the same as the one in L.A. Not sure if you've been to that one or not.

I would say, skip Disney Land. Not sure about any of the other Walt Disney parks. My favourite was MGM though.

so i guess 3 days are not enough to see everything..i havnt been to the LA one either..i don't travel as much as you ..u have all the fun..so anyways u are saying mgm studios is better then universal studio? which park has the best rides?

I think MGM Studios and Universal Studios are BOTH very good. I didn't bother going to Universal Studios in Florida cause I have already been to the one in L.A. Either one, if you watch Hollywood flicks and are into movies/entertainment, you will like these parks.

I have only done a weekend trip in Orlando. We did Seaworld Friday (the day we arrived), MGM Studios and Disney Land/World on Saturday and flew home on Sunday. It was a bit rushed, but I didn't mind since we didn't stay long at Disney Land/World as I didn't like it.

They do have really good other parks too though ... like Epcot Centre and some other ones (I think there is a Safari park too). I haven't been to those. :(

Maybe someone else here has soom good advice to offer.

thanks mehnaz..u have been very helpful :)
