One day affter brother confused had don his shoping he sat down on nice bench with 2 others guys siting next to him .anyway 1 of the other guys says hello im jhon i repersent my country Engiland i work for the C.I.D. so the other one says realy! I to work for the amrican F.B.I.so at this point brother confused is a bit confused and says oh I work for the P.I.A.
well any way the C.I.D man says in the uk we can catch crimnal with in 28 hours affter he comits the crime.so the F.B.I man says Well! in the U.S.A we catch a crimnal with in 18 hours affter a break in.
confused; tought for moment.
Well in pakistan we catch the crimnal before he comits the crime.
so the C.I.D guy who is very confused at this point asks Really sir! and how do they do that.
confused; replys well they just get a tip[as in money] off some one b4 he comits the crime
