Please go through this article. This neo-orientalist women has though that she has proven what no one else has been able to prove through her book, Hagarsim-The making of Islam. Anyone who has read the book can put us wise what she says and how she concludes what she says.
Anyone knowing about a copy of Quran being dug in Sinaa with overwriting and different text than the current one. i never heard the story which is cited here in the article. comment please but rational and scholarly not emotional as we need to fight this fitnah on rational grounds not emotional grounds.

Yes, i know that though not announced but the author had backtracked. my question was about the Quran being dug up in sinaa which has been claimed to be the oldest copy of quran and different than the present version. does any one know about it?

I think one should read the article by Javed Ghamidi regarding "Different Recitations of Qur'an" and he proves that there is only one and only one recitation which prophet Muhammad taught to Sahaba.
