How do you organize your files on your computer?

I have different file folders for different topics. And within that I have content-specific folders. On my work computer for example I have a folder called "Customers" and within that one folder for each customer that I am currently working with. When I finish a project and don't expect to work with the same customer again in the near future, I move that folder to an "Archive" folder within the "Customers" folder.
