That's why I posted this topic. My hair has become the same way, with abuse (ironing, and bad cheap shampoos), and I just used a lush shampoo last night. I will tell you that the smell of the shampoo is still in my hair (showered yesterday), and that I can run my fingers through my hair again...
I'm going to try Organix next - its only 5 dollars for a bottle, and a friend has been using it and claims that its wonderful and leaves your hair nice and soft...the milk and honey one is the one I'm going to try. Then there is Avalon too. Target has a good variety of these organic shampoos. I'm just tired of these cheap shampoos. Pantene, sunsilk work ok for a short term, but then they just leave your hair dry and sticky from the soam scum.
