You assume good intentions, there are people who have severe issues due to massive burns and skin grafts are needed.

heck I would not even mind having my face taken for face transplant for someone who was disfigured, although after looking at the new face they may want to go back to the original one, but thats a diff point.

Now you can put many conditions around your donation, as much as you think is sensible and can be honored, but the abuse issue in itself does not cancel out benefits of organ donation

Skin grafting, face transplant because of disfigured face is a matter of life and death in a way. One has the lowest quality of life if one is living with a disfigured face.

And I agree, once you become an organ donor, you cant put conditions and abuse can happen. But just to clarify, I am not against organ donation. I am just stating the Islamic stand point, in fact clarifying the myth that organ donation is a big NO in Islam, as its not.
