I’m all for it, but I heard some people say it conflicts with the teachings of Islam because you’re supposed to be buried with all the body parts you were given or something I dunno the exact reasoning but I have heard some people say that.

I had heard about that too.In my view Islam is a very Logical religion. As mentioned on the website it says

Muslims believe in the principle of saving human lives, and permit organ transplants as a means of achieving that noble end."

And the Gypsy religion is the one against organ donation. All the major religions in this world are not against it…there may be sects…but then logic comes into mind about the reason why not…More or less it is a personal/family decision
