Has anyone ordered any outfits through facebook? So many vendors now are using facebook to take orders and to put up pictures of different styles and collections. Are they any good and has anyone ordered an outfit through “Inspiring Designs?” Thanks!

I keep ordering outfits from this Group called Desear Fashion by Almas and Ammara
They actually make copies of any dress you give them...they have posted all the designer dresses in their albums but their copies are very nice!!
also if u give them a budget, they can work around that
like for me, if i like the design of the neck work or sumthin, i ask them to make it on a plain cotton dress to lower the cost.
i cant always afford dresses for 15 - 20 k Rs!!
And also, they are very effecient in answring their emails
I did try emailing to other fb groups Like Naz fashion Bug , but she replied like after a week and then when u reply to her email she takes another week to reply back!!!

they only have 1 small album with copies outfits they claim they made. all the others are from catwalk shows, magazines and other sellers (gs ones too). it really annoys me when groups do that coz it's hard to separate what's their own work and what's not.

im thinking of making my own group n website...but i always m left in confusion cuz i know i find it hard to trust any of these so called designers online so i wud think people wud be thinking the same for me....so ya its complicated. there shud be a system where u know a group is approved by some authority or something....................arghh idk?!

i m sorry but some of their dresses look like they have been bought off needles n threads n places like that.......im nt sure but really i m doubtful abt their own creations.

^ thanks. everyone in my family/frnds keep telling me how i m wasting my talent n all...n now m also getting panicked that why must those who have studied n earned the talent be wasting it when those who know nothing r out there getting so much business for no rhyme or reason. Argh....anyway, thanks again.

^ oh i dnt have the experience for cuts/tailoring though i always have great suggestions for the same. I m basically a textile designer wanting to venture into fashion...soon, InshaAllah. But u can always ask me if u need help or suggestions regarding designers n all and i wud love to help :)

While we are on the topic I need to vent some.
It's so annoying that FB designers don't have the prices posted with pics and when you ask em they send the price in your inbox and lots of times there is no link in the msg and you have no clue what outfit they are talking about.
Anyone else shares my pain?

Maham, maybe you would be the right person to ask this question since you are into textiles. Can you suggest some material that can be used both in summers and winters, is great in holding up its shape and doesn't get wrinkled easily. I need something for both weathers.... intense cold and intense heat...but am wary of spending too many $$$$ on separate dresses.... so would appreciate your help...

i ordered 1 suit from desear too... at least their customer service gets full marks.... stitching is superb too....
there are some girls making their own work like maurice couture( not tried her) lunas stylish wear(casuals and semi formals) rabia mirza (fantastic and original) zaras studio.

I like Grip silk and perhaps thats the only fabric i can afford to wear other than chiffons n lawns in the screaching heat of lahore in summer.

This is sooooooooooooooooo annoying. Why can't they just list their price???? It makes me think that they quote different prices to different people depending on what their locale is...
yeah they make replicas for a lot cheaper price!!
and the replicas are almost the same as the Originalsss
