Is it a good idea to buy Zam Zam water over the net?
Is there any chance they can just use some tap in a warehouse somewhere? Any way oif telling the difference?

zam zam taste's different to normal tap water brov'. i drank a glass of zam zam on wednesday and it definitely taste's different.

If someone hasn't tasted both, and preferably side by side, it will be difficult to tell.
If ordering by net is the only option (as opposed to someone returning from hajj/umra) then go by reputation and reference.

they sell it at a local shop for £35 to £40 a bottle and the same thing costs £7.50 at the local mosque.
Rhanjan where do you live, you may have other options.... if you dont buy the net water, and come back and tell us how it went.
Zam Zam water has its on individual taste and is feels "dense"

luc, its a scam. ganges is, more like was, sacred to vedic hindus who settled the gangetic plains as pastoral nomads. it was their life giver and sustainer of their newfound prosperous agricultural way of life. today its relevance is lost and has taken upon a literal interpretation.
