we've come to the conclusion that a regular round shape kinnu does not have any source of calcium in it and has vit c.. people who're desperate to add calcium in kinnu for some odd reason could try making kinnu milkshake and write back how it tasts..
PS: huh!! i just read it says calcium in there.. * running out of this thread*

It has calcium but not as much as u can find in pure milk. So, in conclusion if u r lookin for getting more calcium then oranges aren’t the best choice. If you are looking for vit. C then milk aint the best choice ![]()

oranges have vit c and calcium.
OJ has vit c and additional calcium from other sources.
