I live in madagascar and the climate here is really humid so I was wondering if anyone can give me a tip or two on how to dry orange peel without using oven? I’ve tried drying them in the sun but it always becomes slightly mouldy n never dries up properly

I usually put them in the oven for a while

Because of your humid climate, without having an oven, the best thing you can do is to maybe put them on a sheet rack and set up a fan to help them air dry a faster? Or maybe leave them uncovered in the fridge?
