Well, that link doesn't even address the cleanliness issue... hey, if its about pleasuring your spouse, anything goes right?! If that is the case, why not add prostate stimulation in the list of things to do!

Why cant you segregate it from Islamic view?
In a real life its pretty advisable.There is no harm at all, provided one is doing with his/her life (trusted)partner and avoid unsafe measures.

Just make sure you never kiss your child after that as someone said in "8 miles" that he doesn't do oral sex because he has to kiss his little baby on cheeks and lips.
