why he needs dual nationality?

Degas:

This opportunity was brought to me by certain someone. Since I didn’t want to pursue it, I posted it here. I am not sure why there would be a need to find a dual national but if I had to guess, they probably want to deal with someone who’se got US experience but knows the local culture/language . Just a hunch…

How do I apply ?
I have about 12 years IT experience with about 2 to 3 yrs in lead type roles.

ghalib I know someone who could be interested, but the questions are

what happens after 2-3 years. guy comes back and has an opportunity with the company in US or he is done?

what if he wants to leave the family here instead of relocating them, would they instead give him more vacation and pay for his trips to go see his family and for his family to come see him instead

lemme know thw answers. The guys has a degree in Ops mgmt, worked for ICI chemicals in pakistan and has been in US for quite some time.

Another guys is relocating back to Pakistan anyways, engineering background but also has an MBA in project/ops mgmt roles for sometime. I think he has about 15 years of experience.

Fraudz:

SInce I didn't pursue the opportunity, I didn't bother getting into all the alternate scenarios. So I don't have any answers for you. If you think someone may be interested or qualify, then he/she should pursue it and discuss the alternates with the company. ABout the only info. I have is what you see on top. Period.

would the info include a contact information for anyone or justthe job information should do the trick if I want to forward it to someone :)

Fraudiye:

Ofcourse it would. But it always helps to clean up the Inbox so that such info (which, BTW, was sent right after my last post) can be accepted by one's PM. Just let me know whenever you're ready... :)
