EVERYBODY has an opinion, thats established. The degree to which they are stubborn about theirs varies from person to person... and this I guess would depend on confidence (sometimes arrogance), extent of knowledge, brought up and in general, the nature of a person.

opportunistic tendencies in a person go a long way to help him/her succeed in life. Oppinionistic tendencies can sometimes (most of the times ) drive the buffalo into the water

I can have strong opinions, but I'm not stubborn or egocentric. I can change if I feel that my opinion about something is not right.
