I agree with Gina. If you wear a necklace, keep it a simple gold chain or a string of sapphire/turquoise/pearls etc.

its is by deepak perwani…honestly speaking i did nt like it…it seeems typical lehngha..u must ve something modern stylish n diffrnt cuts…y dnt u wear saree…or fish shape…

the lehnga is different, obviously much less work but i think its really elegant and appropriate for an engagement. i wonder if its even from deepak perwani or if she got someone to copy it?

i really like the lengha as it is, i mean mermaid cut and fish cuts aren't always going to be in style and i think the greens and blues together look hot, i'm sure you'll look stunning. also if more loved ones in your circle think the outfit is a bit much you can always play it down by getting a net dupatta made and using that in your hair and just pinning your heavy dupatta kinda like aishwarya did in the nimbooda song.

I think your outfit is gorgeous!! You will look beautiful. As for it being too heavy for an engagement, I think it depends on personal style, and if you can pull it off and feel beautiful - then go for it.

Jewelry wise I think something that picks up the colors of the outfit would be very pretty!!
