guys back to the topic.
it really concerns me to hear low casualty number of caveman fassadis, considering we have to eliminate atleast 5000 of them.
have they gone underground or army is too careful in going forward. lets hear your thoughts.
this fight is very essential and we need to control this area effectively before US decides what it had to do are they going to increase the strength or keep it as it is and leave. remember if they americans let it go then all of these bas????s would be knocking on our doors.
Well, those figures do not include the injured and maimed. Injured may well die later on, or be put out of commision. Either way its a good thing.
Also, how accurate are casualty figures? Its better to err on the side of the lower number, so as not to become complacent. So its possible the Army reports only those casualties which its certain off. The Taliban do carry away their dead from what I know. So how does the Army count these casualties?
Either way, you can be assured that if the Taliban werent losing men, they wouldnt have abandoned their posts. They certainly wouldnt abandoned key locations and left ammunition behind, if they had enough men left to defend the position.
Its possible they may simply have been over run.. But still, even if thats the case, the point is to capture the terrirtory so it cant be used by the terrorists. We want to deny them any sanctuary. So long as the Taliban are forced into the open and into the cold, its all good.
