Agree with poster...most relationships start off as open, then move to a closed one or dissolve completely depending on the the parties involved
Open relationships:
Personally, I would only enter into a relationship if I genuinely cared for someone and wanted to be with them. So, an open relationship and having 'fun' with others while I was in a relationship would be totally out of the question since that would mean that I wasn't truly serious about the person I was actually with. If you aren't seriously attracted and interested in a person, you shouldn't be in a relationship with them in the first place.
That is just my humble opinion ....
Mehnaz, it seems that people that do go into these types of relationships have plenty of time on their hands.

the point going into a relationship is to find what you are looking for. Not only in yourself but others as well.
There's nothing wrong with having bf/gf. Just as long as you know wat you are doing and where you stand with everyone...
if ur honest 2 urself and everyone around you then there should be no problem. That doesn't mean to say that one walks around saying
"i'm a gay pimp" (Just an Example)
for that matter... ur just finding out what ur options are according to ur own personality.

I Agree 101% with Muniya. This is not tradition it is religion, the real civilization exists in the domain of Islam...and a real muslim cannot go bragging and disscusing about so called civilization and relationships (or trends for that matter) that are haram in islam?...
